It's your responsibility to test out the feasibility of what you are led to believe by ANYTHING/ ANYBODY.

Please make sure you do your homework and testing YOURSELF.  If it meets your lifestyle needs, unless you are retiring on a guaranteed income, then based on your personality and attitude you should thoroughly assess what work opportunities are available for you, and whether the income you could command would ensure you were left enough at the end of the month after living expenses to live the dream you originally set out to achieve.  Believe me, after more than a decade of having people contact us for relocation, we've seen many people make similar mistakes to others before them, either through ignorance, lack of research or by purely listening to just one or two people's opinions that were in different circumstances to their own immigration situation.
